At Uncommon James, we want you to love your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for the return and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your jewelry or apparel in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
